Not sure if I agree with you on our "niche"--still think we need to consider breaking new ground. I too see his point about Southside--not saying that the sophicated and educated do not reside on this side of the river, but I do believe that the sophisticated and educated (wherever they live) might still shop for books in locales closer to colleges, office parks or more trendy urban areas.--just a hunch. OP money, where? From Who? At this point though, focus on the site.
