Business plan very well-written. I do think when you talk about our "classes" or "tutoring" you should specifically mention tutoring for literacy or reading skills, or computer skills. etc.--need to push (and you did include this) our desire to serve and be a "reading, book-lovers, literacy-promoting center of the community"-- we might be able to tap into some funding for providing a locale for community offerings

we need to set up some time when we can sit down and put our goals on paper. you've pulled together a great outline of our plan. now we need to set up steps and deadlines and also begin to rough-out what kind of store we want.
