I can see I added the Indiebound.org link already to this blog. I'm beginning to get somewhat of a picture of possibly how Cracked Book works. I think Indiebound or the ABA (which is sponsor or parent of IndieBound) sets up a list of books -- there Indie Next List -- and you apply, ask for, or pay for books to be added to your inventory...
